1. All shoes on the site are IMPORTED and for PRE-ORDER only.
2. Each batch will open for approximately one week, and all payments must be finalized within that week otherwise your order goes into the next batch.
3. Shoes are estimated to arrive approximately 2 weeks AFTER each pre-order batch closes.
4. Full payment needed upon placing an order.
5. Please DO NOT place an order if you're unwilling to wait. We will update you on the status of your shoes accordingly.
6. There is no guarantee that all shoes are available, shoes may run out of stock after we have placed an order. If the shoe you have ordered happens to run out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and give you a full refund.
7. Shoes sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Do refer to the Shoe Size Guide for measurement details.
